All goods shipped to you are insured against losses ONLY if you choose our couriers. Once you are advised by e-mail that your purchase has been shipped, we guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.

CHARGING OF CREDIT CARD
The Currency charged for the transaction will be in Australian Dollars. Australian purchase and overseas purchase will be charged for the purchase price and shipping price in Australian dollars. For overseas purchases the relevant currency conversion will be performed as the time of debiting your credit card by your credit card issuing bank.
We may manually check every credit card purchase with the credit card issuing bank to ensure that all details given are accurate. Sydney Gold River reserves the right to refuse to accept any purchases that it considers to be suspicious.

GUARANTEE & CANCELLATION
We guarantee your satisfaction. You have the right to cancel your order within one working Day you confirmed us the purchase starting the hour after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. You may have to pay the cost of returning the goods and be responsible of eventual losses or damages whilst they are in transit. Only if the goods returned are in perfect conditions we will refund the purchase cost within 15 working days starting the day after we receive the return goods. If you decide to cancel the purchase within one working Day we will return your money within 15 working days. If you receive a faulty or damaged product at the time of delivery to you can return us the product at our charge Only if you send an e-mail to us within the day you receive the parcel; in this case you can ask Sydney Gold River:

1) to refund the product price;
2) to have the product replaced at our cost;
3) to repair the product at our cost.
